The services shall include, but limited to asphalt removal, base and sub-base materials, grading, paving and infrared patching. Respondents are asked to submit a proposal containing their qualifications, staff and equipment availability, hours of operation and hourly rates for labor and equipment. Proposals will be reviewed and used to establish a qualified vendors list for normal repair work as well as urgent or emergency work.
